FANTASY FUDGE | |
3 c. sugar 1 1/2 sticks butter 2/3 c. canned milk 1 c. chopped walnuts 1 (12 oz.) piece of semi-sweet chocolate 2 c. Kraft marshmallow creme 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla Combine sugar, butter and milk in a heavy 2 1/2 quart saucepan. Bring to a rolling boil, stirring constantly. Continue boiling for 5 more minutes. Stir with a wooden spoon.Remove from heat and stir in until melted, the 12 ounce package of chocolate pieces. Add the marshmallow creme, nuts, vanilla. Stir until well mixed. Pour into 13 x 9 inch butter greased pan. Cut into squares after it cools. Makes about 3 pounds candy. |
I was over at my mother-in-laws today and she made some Fantasy Fudge. It is SO DELICIOUS! so if you're looking for a recipe, this is the one you want! Or maybe not. Because I think I ate around....well....they were really small pieces so...on second thought I'm not going to tell you!
Oh! and she doesn't add the nuts. And it's so GOOD that way! so creamy and tasty! Yum!
